Independent Living at Monte Vista Village allows residents to design a lifestyle around their way of life, so we’ve developed several lifestyle options from which to choose. Each resident lives in a cottage-style apartment that opens to an outdoor patio and beautifully manicured private grounds and gardens.

Independent Living Lifestyle Options

Residents can choose one of the following options that match their lifestyle and needs. The monthly apartment fee corresponds to each of these levels:

Package 1 – Meals, housekeeping and bi-weekly laundry or linen services are optional. Transportation is included along with all utilities except phone and cable.

Package 2 – Includes three daily meals, weekly laundry, housekeeping and linen services, transportation, and all utilities except phone and cable.

Package 3 – Our concierge package offers all of Package 2 plus complimentary tray service eight times-per-month for the resident or five meals-per-month for a guest. It also includes 15 minutes of personal assistance help with organizing your day and appointment scheduling each day.

Optional Care Services

These services can be added as the need or desire for help arises. Each level of supportive and individual care is available to residential tenants on a monthly basis for an additional fee:

Level One – One of the following: Medication management, assistance with bathing and dressing three times-per-week, or dressing assistance in morning and evening.

Level Two – Any two of the above services.

Level Three – Medication management, personal care assistance including bathing/dressing/grooming, escorts to dining, room service trays, and morning and evening assistance.

A la Carte Services – Any of the above at 15-minute increments.
